6. Cancellations
   We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or reschedule your photography session. If you wish to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.
   In the event of a cancellation within the 24-hour window, a cancellation fee may apply, which will be discussed and outlined in our agreement or contract. This fee is necessary to compensate for any costs incurred and to account for the time reserved for your session.
    

7. Delivery of Images
   We strive to deliver high-quality images within the agreed timeframe. The exact delivery schedule will be communicated to you. Please note that the number of delivered images may vary depending on the type of shoot and any specific arrangements made.
    

8. Usage Rights
   Primatt Photography by Open Books Pictures retains the copyright and ownership of all images. However, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any commercial use of the images requires our prior written consent.
    

9. Privacy and Data Protection
